What is KüchenTherm?

KüchenTherm is a premium food warming mat that keeps your dishes at the perfect serving temperature. Simply plug it in, place your dishes on top, and your food stays warm for hours — no more rushing to serve or reheating in the oven.

What temperature does the warming mat reach?

The warming mat heats up to 212°F (100°C) with multiple adjustable temperature settings, so you can customize the heat level based on what you're serving.

How quickly does it heat up?

The mat heats up within seconds, so it's ready to use almost immediately.

What can I put on the warming mat?

You can place most heat-safe dishes on the mat, including ceramic plates, glass baking dishes, metal pans, and stoneware. Avoid placing plastic containers or items that aren't heat-resistant directly on the mat.

Is it safe to use on my countertop?

Yes. The mat features raised feet that create airflow underneath, protecting your countertop from heat damage. However, we recommend avoiding use on glass countertops in very cold conditions as a precaution.

How do I clean the warming mat?

Unplug the mat and let it cool completely. Wipe the surface with a damp cloth. Do not submerge the mat in water or use abrasive cleaners.

Does the mat have an auto shut-off feature?

Yes, the mat includes a timer with auto shut-off for added safety and convenience.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

I didn't receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still don't see it, contact us at tripleasfk@gmail.com with your name and order details and we'll resend it.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery time is 4-7 business days after your order has been processed. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Where do you ship?

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Use the provided link to follow your package's progress.

My order is delayed. What should I do?

Shipping delays can occasionally happen due to carrier issues or weather conditions. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we'll look into it for you.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Contact us at tripleasfk@gmail.com to initiate a return.

How do I start a return?

Email us at tripleasfk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us at tripleasfk@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage and we'll make it right.

Troubleshooting

My warming mat isn't heating up. What should I do?

First, check that the mat is properly plugged in and the power outlet is working. Make sure the temperature is set above the lowest setting. If it still doesn't heat, contact us at tripleasfk@gmail.com for assistance.

Is there a warranty?
